How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, open your account settings (menu item “My Account”) and click on the “Delete” button at the bottom. You have to confirm that you want to delete your Account by entering the word “DELETE” in the appearing dialog.

Your account cannot be deleted if you are still member of groups that have not been settled up. Make sure to settle up all your groups before deleting your account.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

Use the “Forgot password” button in the login form of the App.

You’ll need to enter your registered email address to get a verification email. In this email, you’ll find a link to reset your password. After resetting your password, another email with a new password will be sent to your email address.

You can change the password again to a custom one by going to your account settings (three dots menu at the top right of the Partido App > “My Account”) and entering the current and a new password.
